Respected Sir, Education/ Quality Education is an issue for Uper Middle class/ Middle class/ lower Middle class. Elite/ Ruling class isn't interested in any kind of Education. Poor Class doesn't know what is Education. In Pakistan an alternative is available for each and every thing, like, Security Guards in place of Police, Generater/ UPS for electricity, No Government Schools/ Colleges/ Universities (Including LUMS) . There is no choice left for these income groups. Creation of Madarsa is an alternative for recruitment for Jihad ( Free of cost) and selling chauran in the name of Religion to Poorest/ Poor/ lower middle class. If you know someone in Government wants to Educate Pakistanis will be highly obliged for your information.

Nowadays, quality of education is not a problem, a lot of resources are available from which you acquire stem education such as Coursera, TH-cam, Edx, and Edureka to name a few, Quality of the learning environment and an atmosphere for growth are much bigger problems, you cannot expect from the brain to think critically about something that requires a lot of mental energy when it's constantly in a state of worry and tension.
