how can we use Decision elements in Loops? Like Oppty has 2 record types, one is parent, another is child. Child Stages must be checked and if all closed and at least one is Won, parent Oppty will be closed as Won, if none Won and all closed , then parent Oppty is Lost, if at least one child oppty is open, error message must pop up. How should I implement Decision element here?

Or is it only by being related to the same Account? What would trigger the flow? Is a stage change on the opportunity? Or would this be a screen flow? Hoping to understand when the error message should appear.
