What you need to do is only get the weapons, hats and masks that have extra jumps. I am level 5 and have 18 jumps. I have 1 default, 6 in my staff, 6 in my hat, and 5 in my mask.

Nope, I should've mentioned, but the drop rates don't increase as with any dragon fragment (even though the phoenix technically isn't a dragon, it operates the same)
if talking about the 5 rulers, maybe are related to the 4 divine beast in oriental folklore, the, white tiger whose rules the west and thunder, the black snake and turtle whose rules the north and water, the fenix whose rules the south and flames, and the blue dragon whose rules the east and nature, counting the turtle/snake apart , those are posible 5 mount related to the biome, here my theory ends

U got it for mastery from a dragon effigy. I didn't get that one. I got like a jet black dragon, With flames on the side.

No.magic find just makes the equipment drop better like medieval Highlands that you get uncommon gear you get rare with mf
