I started phone flipping here in Canada as well. I made $65 in 2 hours from buying and selling an iPhone 11! That was my first flip!
Couple things, Firstly I recommend selling the phone with a charger and wall adapter because I've had a look around eBay and I worked out that just having a charging cable and wall adapter can add about £20 onto the value. I typically do that I buy some of the Anker chargers in bulk and sell it with the charger for a little bit more and that in the end makes a little bit extra money
Yeah that’s true, I used to include chargers in all my sales but I realised without didn’t really affect the price since 90% of the people already have iPhone chargers! What I do now is I have spare chargers in my car incase the buyer requests for it
@@3.7Million Yeah, also gotta be very careful with the wall adaptors especially the cheap ones. If I get a phone with a wall adapter I always PAT test it before selling it with the phone (I use my cheap Martindale electrical safety tester to test it)

Usually when I list on Facebook, it’s collection but if the person is within reasonable distance then I don’t mind dropping it off but if it’s eBay then it’s shipping

Usually have like £500 a side for flipping phones, trick is to try & have a high turn around of phones, soon as you get it, you list it for sale, it can get messy quickly if you have alot of phones laying around
Hey, have you ever sold to direct buyers or websites. I get the profit might be be lower but possible benefit to selling the item quicker. Wondered if you have any recommended websites to use.
I’ve never personally done it but what a lot of my friends in the trade do is they buy whole sale and then sale to those companies like CEX for less profits long as they get the stock out quickly! Would i recommend it? Yes if you doing wholesale but if you doing individual purchases like me, I don’t think it’s worth it

Been doing this for over 5 years and I’ve never bought a stolen phone, it’s not as common as you think! Also I tend you buy phones that’s are 2 years older so most of them are out of contract
