You have not covered Skardi, which is best one right now on NH24 in terms of Construction quality : Mivan , Ventilation and all. This project Skardi is from 3 builder : SKA, ARCON and Divyansh. Its all balconies view is too good for NH24. Daily basis need are covered from its ground floor market, so no need to go outside for anything. Also you have not covered ATS khyber Range mall and its living socity ATS floral pathways, which is adjacent to Manipal Hospital and under construction. It would be ready in next 1 year or so. Then no body will go far for any kind of shopping, sweets, PVR and all. Other old projects like Ashiana, Mahagun puram are on brick based construction which is not for long life. So dont consider it. Right now Skardi Phase 2 is best to select for 2BHK and 3 BHK.
