Its a LPWS and its a land version of a CWIS and there are actually LPWS in the truck beds.
Its also called a CRAM

The Truck is a C-RAM armed with the Naval Phalanx CIWS. C-RAM is probably a land version of CIWS, but I am unsure since I am not on the military.

My mans fudgy the weapon system on top is the Centurion CIWS Multi-Threat defense system, apart of the Phalanx Defense System lineup consisting of both the land-borne version as seen in the video, and the naval version most commonly seen on both aircraft carriers and destroyers. You’re Welcome

You should do something like something very fun you get some people in the server and you get some of those trucks and some bombers and then they have to destroy fuel tanks and hangers and your aircraft to put those machine guns on the top of the trucks they’re going to be artillery
