I see way too many store bought trash bags for this to be a low-income area, usually you just see a lot of grocery bags used for trash in low-income. I live in a wealthy area and after the research here showed the recycling program actually caused more of a negative impact on the environment that single stream collection and landfill, they discontinued the recycling program...
@@DrBearythat’s funny, in my area the Rich refuse to use bags for their trash yet the very low income and ones that live in the ghetto area will always use bags and properly tie them.
