- SM City Cebu located in Juan Luna Avenue cor. Cabahug and Kaoshiung Streets, North Reclamation Area, Brgy. Mabolo, Cebu City is expanding its first SM Mall in Cebu. In its expansion project which is confirmed to cost billions of pesos will be building 2 towers of 20-storey each and a 9-storey building which will house the Cebu campus of the manila-based National University. Hope it will be aomething different this time for Cebuanos to enjoy. Well, SM is known to make parks and open spaces like the one they made in Seaside Rooftop. 👌😁

Bai Gawens, it’s nice to reminisce the past of North Recla, it was mostly idle for many years after completion in 1968, tungod kay wa kaayo buildings, dunay mga kite festivals, go kart and drag racing ug agro-industrial fairs gihimo diha. The past 10 years saw its rapid growth, di na gyod mapugngan. Next, I expect the nearby international container port to go so that the area can develop into a world class leisure and CBD-central business district with cuise ship port in its stead.
This is brilliant idea. We never know. Things change without us even noticing it. Hope PH or Cebu to be specific moves forward brilliantly. I mean a balance of everything. Not all concrete, but some green spaces for locals and visitors to enjoy and nature to rejuvinate. 🌎

Dili ang North Edsa ang unang SM mall sa Carriedo sa Quiapo ang pinakauna mall Shoemart pa dati nasundan sa North edsa, makati ug Cubao..
The one in quiapo was just a department store, not a mall. What was talked about in the video was when SM ventured into Malls. ✌️😁

Thanks for your comment but what I said in the video was first SM Mall. You are right when we say first SM, but when SM started building malls in the country, the SM North Edsa is the first SM Mall and SM City Cebu is the fourth in PH and first outside Metro Manila. ✌️🙂
