The only time since 18 have I not drunk alcohol was during 2 pregnancies and breastfeeding. At 68 it took Carnivore to stop with no need anymore. 15 months now and counting. What a poignant message, Lauren. Thank you. 🙏
what a thoughtful comment, Anne. Thanks for sharing that and for being here with this community. Im grateful to have you in this community and willing to share as well. Thank you again, sending you all the love and good energy.
@laurenknighthughes Yea I watched the follow-up video... It was great! Love your videos, I'm 20 month alcohol free, and carnivore... I've never felt better! By the way, I love Austin! Been there many times as I used to work for Applied Materials. Now life has me back in Chicago... Keep the videos up, I'm watching! 😘
I just lost a colleague yesterday due to drowning in Lake Michigan. It hit me like a rock. Glad your video came to me through the algorithm and gives me a sense of life and comfort. Good luck on the climbing to the top. Stay safe!
im so sorry to hear this, i really am. Im sure that was and is challenging. and Im sorry it took me so long to get to this and getting back to you. im sending you all of the love and the good energy. Sometimes things happen and they are a blessing in disguise as they say. we are all with you, thank you for sharing and for being here
I love you for being authentic and honest. We all make mistakes, we are human, we are supposed to make mistakes. That's how we ultimately learn and gain wisdom. Everything happens for a reason. Hope you made it to the top and had a good time with your friends. I still have bad habits I need to replace and get rid of. I have for sure have made some dumb choices in my life lol. Hope you have a speedy recovery 🙏
Lauren, thank you for sharing. Sometimes shame can arise from such topics either from oneself or others or-both, and stops a lot of people from sharing their stories and experiences but in doing so takes bravery, courage and strength. You help others along the way when you share your experiences, vulnerability and honesty. Awareness is key and you have that quality. You are human, you're allowed to make mistakes and learn along your journey so remember to give yourself grace. None of us are perfect, each one of us has our down falls, set backs and mistakes, it's part of the process. Glad you're okay 🤍🦋
what a cool and kind comment, Nicole. Thank you for this perspective, good energy and love. I couldn't agree more, I think sometimes those of us on social media like to pretend we have ALL the answers. My intention is to showcase my life as I learn, grow, evolve, etc. And that doesn't have to work for everyone, but hopefully it helps some in their process of getting down to who they truly are and inventing the life they want. In my opinion, we can have it all. It's just a matter of listening to God and our intuition, finding a way to protect our joy, to become the person we want to be. And to do that, you HAVE to experience life's ups and downs, you HAVE to experience things to understand what you want and don't want. No one comes out as a baby knowing it all, and those of us who pretend to build a castle of lies around us. Eventually, that falls. Thank you for sharing this comment and for being here, Nicole! I am sending you all the love and good energy today! Sorry for taking so damn long to get back to you! lol hope it's a great day
I cleaned up my life at 25 when I met my (future) husband. I wanted to make a life with him. We got married and had a great life together for 34 years. He passed away 6 years ago. Today, October 14, would have been our 40th anniversary. God lined up some pretty awesome people through my husband's illness and they are much trusted and much loved friends. The small voice inside guides us well if we listen. If not, well, the voice gets louder or the universe pushes us around a bit. Hope your trip turns out to be better than you hoped and you come back to the states with your friends, just like you planned. Praying you're no worse for the wear Lauren. Thank you for sharing your epiphany.
thank you for sharing this, my friend. Im sorry for your loss, but it sounds like you also found grace within that. Which is amazing and i think a lot of the purpose. To find and spread the light. I hope you saw the follow up video from this :) it was pretty awesome and i think tied it all together well. thanks for being here and sharing all of this with me (us). I look forward to seeing more of you pop up as we all do life together
Gosh... Lauren, what a story, hope you heal super fast, hang on in there... Great Video, your a inspiration , I fell off the no booze last night... new day today!! Keep on going 😊
That was a great testimony. I literally almost cried, and then I did while writing this. This message is such a wonderful reminder that God is out there and is real. Thank you Lauren. ❤❤❤❤
The fact that you are accepting what happened to you and acknowledging how to go forward is amazing. We have the power to know ourselves-if we choose You have met that challenge head on ( cheek on). Hope all heals well.
hahaha "cheek on" for sure! this is a great comment, thank you claudia. It's all about evolution, creating WHO and WHAT we want in this life. This pointed me in a very clear direction :) listen for the knock. so glad to have you here, thank you for your thoughtful comment and i look forward to hopefully seeing more of you
The one thing I’ve learned is to always listen to those voices that I feel are giving me a message. I am so glad you’re okay. And I wish you luck and a safe journey for the rest of the trip. You’re a trooper for sure. Be safe!
Good luck 🍀 I was happy to see a smile on your face after all that and grateful for the message that might help others. You are brave and you are strong.❤
too kind, john. Thank you for this kind and thoughtful comment that is so uplifting. all worked out quite well -- I hope you saw the follow up video!? was pretty cool :)
DOPAMINE is what you've tried to get from those addictive habits. A better source is sunlight. It also heals you faster. AM sun gazing for a start as a daily habit and you'll never look back at any kind of drugs. Grounded sun exposure will heal you faster and it will also give you the energy that you can't get through food. Find a beach and chill all day for many days. And no artificial lighting at night or exposure to non native EMFs. Mitochondrial health is key.
Wow - what an experience! Your allowing yourself to be vulnerable to post this and your humbleness is going to bless many! It sure got to me and made me realize little signs and some big ones they I’ve been ignoring when I get weak and go off carnivore. I know God has been giving me warning signs that I’m hurting myself - my health when I go off carnivore and binge on processed foods. Thank you Laura for your candidness! You are a blessing! And what a wonderful surprise you’ll be to your friends when you reach the summit! You’re amazing!!!
Hi there! thank you for this wondefully cool and vulnerable comment! so excited to hear from you -- it all turned out great. I hope you saw the follow up video? it was all epic :) your well wishes certainly gave me good energy to pull it off. Sending you all the love and energy you need to continue to progress in the direction you need. Listen for that knock, girl :)
@ I didn’t see that epic final video but am looking it up today after work! Way to go! And thanks again for being an inspiration to me and many other I’m sure!!!
I'm glad it wasn't worse and the fact that you got something so meaningful from the incident is a beautiful thing. Get physically well soon because mentally you seem great.
Really glad you’re alright. I can relate to this video in so many ways. I just had my own spiritual awakening recently and it never seems like an easy lesson to learn. It’s literally a synchronicity. Get well soon, the universe is rooting for you.
Wow, That was compelling. Much love Lauren. Often we must fall to stand taller. I'm a big believer of trusting those "gut feelings" God can only guide us if we're willing to listen. Personally it took me longer to want to see the signs. I'd say you're are ahead of the curve in your youth. Really hope you heal fast and are able to enjoy the time you have in Africa.
thank you for a cool and kind comment that you dropped here :) so cool to hear from you. and yes, we have an intuition, a gut instinct for a reason. when we listen, we are put in the places meant for us. THank you for the love and kind comment here my friend I'm grateful that the channel found you!
Hey Lauren… great reflections on life. Every day a lesson is learned is a blessing and this is one of them. Glad to see you are ok and still living life to the fullest! You are quite the inspiration. Thank you for the video. If ever in NJ reach out 👍
Great video! So glad you were not hurt any worse. It’s awesome you are listening to your body and God and know it’s time to put down the weed. I’ve been thinking I should quit drinking for a while. I only have an about 6 or 7 drinks a week, and never get to the point of being drunk. The most I ever do is have a really good buzz. I’m thinking of quitting just because I know it’s really poison for the body. Been doing basically ketovore for a couple years and down over 65lbs. As far as you not looking good because of camping, not to worry, you are stunning with or without makeup. Praying for your quick healing!
thanks for this awesome share, my friend! if your name is Bryan it's great to connect with you here -- I think this is one of those moments where you "listen for the knock" that is unique to you and your experience. You know the truth of the guidance, no one else can or does. It's been nothing but wonderful since this moment. I hope to see you more often here -- and did you happen to catch the follow up video?! pretty awesome :) thanks again for being here and the love
@laurenknighthughes I don’t miss any of your videos! You are always dropping great info and are always so positive and happy. I’ve kind of plateaued with my loss and can’t figure out why. So many possible factors it’s a little overwhelming. I know from info I have seen it could be that I’m not eating enough, or maybe too much protein, or maybe too much fat, or maybe not enough of one of those, or…. Ugh. I only have about 20 more I want to lose. Frustrating. Anyway, hope you have a great and blessed day!!
You're right. There are times we get smacked upside the head , literally or figuratively and it's in our best interests to pay attention and change. Those that don't, tend to have shortened shelf life.
Incredible video. You are amazing in so many ways. Congratulations on everything. Your honesty, humility and genuineness are next level. What a wonderful woman you are. Good luck Lady Lauren. Go climb that mountain ☮️🙏🍀❤️
Hey girl, thank you for this love. it all worked out well :) I hope you saw the follow up video!? if not, check it out i think it'll make you smile. thanks for being here i look forward to seeing you pop up more often!
God is giving you wake up calls. Turn to Him and listen. I surrendered at age 48. Never looked back. I’ve been alcohol free six years weed free for 10 and carnivore for two. Never felt better.
@@laurenknighthughes I gave up the alcohol because it was becoming a nightly thing. I craved it and it had a hold over me. (It took decades to get there.) I also began falling even when I was not drinking!! I injured my forehead badly twice and realized getting to work on time was a chore. I’ve never regretted the days waking up fully alive and completely sober-minded. I can now connect with God clearly instead of trying to hear from Him in an altered state and crying that I cannot hear Him. It’s never been better. 🤗❤️🙏
@@laurenknighthughes also, carnivore had made me strong 💪🏼 physically and mentally and without pain. I’m 60# down and feel better @ 63 than I did at 33! Asthma and IBS 95% gone.
I hope you heal up well soon. I don't smoke weed or drink, but food is what trips me up. Once all of the goodies start popping up in the Fall, I fall for the food. I need to just stop with the sugar and sweet tempting treats. Thanks for the inspo.
the sugar i think kills our ability to connect with ourselves, with our higher potential. Not ALL sugar of course, but when we know we are missing the mark, we know. Best of luck to you, thank you for being here
Fellow carnivore here for over a year and I concur that falling off the carnivore wagon is bad enough. Carbs cause me fatigue, pain, poor sleep, brain fog, and I feel like 💩. Yet, at times I will have a Diet Coke or no sugar added ice cream. These “innocent” indulgences set up carb cravings. So I resolved not to have them. On my own, I am not strong enough. But I can ask God to help me. He gives me the strength. I can say, “no thank you.”
@@Coach_Jose you hopefully weren’t raised on tv dinners, canned Campbells soup, grilled cheese sandwiches and ice cream every night like I was. I then continued for another 40 years. My health was in the toilet. I hope you will never experience that. A deep state of ketosis helps me feel healthy and whole as I turn 63 next month. It is the level of healing I require. Indeed most people my age are obese, type two diabetic, full of arthritis, full speed ahead into dementia. and filled with pain. I was the same and I am now the opposite. Why would I want to regress? I have fallen off the wagon. It is awful.
@@LionessHiker Those are fatty foods. I said i eat Carbs. Ice cream is high fat, grilled cheese is pure fat, Campbell soups are high fat. You need to study what carbs are lady.
Oh cool. You were on my continent. Welcome to Africa! We're all on our own journeys and have cues which ultimately direct our choices. Glad to see that you weren't badly injured. You will find that the healing is very fast since we are carnivores. I've been injured twice and it was fascinating how well it heals in the abscence of toxins. Keep well!
i healed REALLLLL fast haha i hope you saw the follow up!? it was epic. Thx for the love and the good energy in this message -- sending you all the love my friend!
@@laurenknighthughes Sure thing! Yes I did see it and also how well you healed. My injury was a MTB crash which slammed me into a solid tree at 35kmh.The people who witnessed it couldn't believe I was able to continue riding - only injury was a slightly bruised forearm.
Oh no... it could have been worse... Thankgoodness 🙏 ❤ Prayers for quick healing ✨️ Oh, I've been there so many times, lol. Now we know. Amazing scenery 👌
Hope u have a fast recovery and i support you learning your lesson and wouldnt bash you like some other not so understanding people on here in the comments
thanks for the love my friend, yes some people can be weird with this kind of stuff. I shared this to hopefully showcase the human in everyone, adn the reality so many try to hide when it comes to discussing things on social media. I am who I am, take it or leave it right :) i so appreciate your comment and the love
@laurenknighthughes Awwww your So sweet 😋 thank you I appreciate your kindness in letting me knw how you feel . Just wanted to let you knw Real is 💯 better . Keep up the Good work 👏🏼 so I can keep watching and liking 👍🏼 your videos. Take care and stay 💪🏼 strong and tough 💪🏼
Wow ! Lauren mate that is one heck of an injury. You speak alot of sense in this video. You're doing the right thing with not smoking weed. I stopped smoking weed 3 years ago and I feel so much better for not smoking it. As you know, you're not missing anything by not smoking it, but you gain so much. Eitherway I hope everything goes well for you mate. Nice one Lauren. Cheers. Mick.
hey mick, always great to have you here and thank you for such a thoughtful and kind message. i hope you saw the follow up video?! it was truly epic lol like so cool. sending all the love
I've watched a few of your videos and I wasn't expecting this one! That being said we are all human and we do human things so don't beat yourself up, the best thing is you've learned from the experience and your body is in a good position to heal. Stay safe I hope you meet with your friends and enjoy the trip 🙌💙
@laurenknighthughes Nope. Not seen it yet but I'll get caught up, thanks for the reply 👍....also I've give my wife your channel, she's very similar to you in lifestyle so I know she'll love it!
I’m incredibly proud of you for the decisions you made and for not giving up on such an amazing accomplishment! ❤ I’m also really excited to hear if you made it to your friends!
Hope you heal quickly and fully. My story is almost exactly the same only a few details were different. I was sober the day that it happened but could have had something in my system. Blacked out on a hike and fell off a boulder and into a shallow creek. I have no recall of this. Pretty sure my dog saved my life that day. It took a couple more blackouts before I heard the call you speak of and woke up. Sober for 4 years now. Wish I had done it at your age but seems like everyone was a stoner drunk back then. Stay Knight Strong!
Love this message. I have fainted 3 times in my life. Once I woke in the bottom of my bathtub with a shower curtain laying on me, alone in an apartment. I almost died terribly alone. I have quit things, but still reintroduce from time to time and always wonder why. Just to see if Im still a loser I guess, lol
Yep, that’s a wake up call for sure. Carnivore will help you heal quickly though. And fortunately you are aware enough to see the signs. Good luck to you on your continued journey.
thank you my friend, i hope you saw the follow up videos. Carnivore really did make me get through it in a pretty incredible way. Sending you all the love as well
So glad you are ok! I hope you can enjoy the remainder of your trip. You still look great and if you end up with a scar, you'll have a good story to go with it!
Good for you figuring this out. No one’s perfect. As long as you’re learning from ur mistakes, u are growing. Proud of you. Feel better girl. Always a great message. 😊
I'm listening to these knocks after every motorcycle ride. I'm actively thinking about a times during the ride, where I was lucky or potentially lucky. After that I know how to adjust my driving, or skill. In case of misfortune like this, I'm saying myself, "that is friendly warning". Anyway, wish you quick recovery, I hope that meat will help you fix it quickly. Go girl.
thank you my friend :) what a cool comment to read. I hope you saw the follow up haha it was epic. Be safe on that bike -- I have my motorcylce endorsement and was about to buy a bike, then something told me not to. I listened, still listening. But man do i love them. I hope you're having fun on it :)
@@laurenknighthughes from what I know about you from your videos, (You can do your homework, and you most probably know what deliberate training is) you would be pretty fine (read safe) with bike. Anyway in recent years I'm doing most of the riding on the track. I'm not racing, but I can go to the edge of the skill, there is not incoming traffic, and well, medics are waiting to help. So after a season on a road, you can consider track days, as something much more safe with much more fun. Having said that, women's gut feelings are pretty good, so only you can assess if it's that or maybe just healthy fear of raw power. And yes I saw the followup. GJ :-)
Omg, I’m so glad you are ok! I have been struggling too! Just like you, I occasionally hit someone’s joint, smoke a cigarette or drink on a float trip…… It literally DESTROYS every bit of progress I make! I go 2 or 3 weeks then BOOM, someone offers me a hit of weed, a beer or CUPCAKE then I’m back at the GROUND ZERO! I’m going to do my best to just hibernate for the winter and stay away from people and temptations! Great video! Please share when you meet up with your friends!🙏🏻❤🥩🙏🏻❤🥩 Thanks for all you do!
You just said it as you share your thoughts with us. Profound thoughts up in the clouds. 11:54 something is making us miss the mark a little bit.... Wishing you fast healing. Swish water and salt to heal faster.
thank you my friend, so glad to have you here. sorry this took so long to get back to you. sending you all of the love, good energy and kindness as you did to me. it turned out to be epic, i hope you saw the follow up videos :) have a great day!
You're living your dream! 💓 Just don't get killed doing it! Sometimes it takes a rock upside the head to wake us up! To what is good for us and what isn't anymore! Safe travels!
First time commenter here. I love your honesty and being vulnerable, and I'm glad you're okay. Get well soon.🙏 Keep going on your journey, Lauren. I'll be following along. 💛
hey there! so great to hear from you and thank you so much for your kind comment and letting me know you are here. So cool to meet you :) you seem like a super cool person, someone who is also open to adventures and the journey. I look forward to seeing more of you pop up here and there
Lord thank You for protecting Lauren from potentially hurting her eye or worse. I pray for healing and a speedy recovery in Jesus name Thank you for being vulnerable and sharing this with your audience, sometimes we need to get a little spooked to get a reality check, I too at one point thought weed was fine (even weaker strains), it's also legal were I live but just like what you've experienced, the low productivity, binge eating, money spent amongst other things is just not worth, we deserve better :p hope you enjoyed the rest of the hike and were able to surprise your friends! God bless you 🕊
thank you for this message, I so appreciate you being here for it and open to it. You are too kind :) I look forward to seeing your name pop up more in the future. the prayers meant a lot to me
thank you scott, Im grateful to have you here. it all ended up fantastic, i hope you saw the follow up video :) it was so cool sending all the good energy your way and thanks again for a kind and thoughtful comment
looking good lauren XD ; scars always make for good stories , especially becuz to have scars means that we had to have survived =] ; stay strong gurly i dont know if you've ever read much about Jung or the sub-conscious/unconscious mind , but what you are speaking about is very similar to some of his ideas on synchronicity
totally, i LOVE that kind of stuff. I actually plan to bring on some of the individuals who study this stuff because to me it is just deeply fascinating. Thanks for sharing this, and for the love
it literally entered THROUGH my mouth lol! if you can imagine, i fainted on my face, the stick went THROUGH my mouth on the inside. Insane freak accident and im super lucky. thank you for the love!
I think to each his own on this topic. God is real, the universe is real. Are they together or separate? To say we "know" would be an insult to god / universe itself because no one knows. Are they they same? well, likely. we are all part of God, of the universe, etc.
I'm just glad you weren't hurt any worse! Hope you heal quickly, and can get some enjoyment with your friends the rest of this trip. Considering what happened, you honestly look good. A lot better than I'll ever look. lol
right -- it's like BOOM. plus i think the more sensitive you get to energies, the more selective one needs to be with what they "allow" in. thanks for being here, cool comment too :)
Hi, Lauren! I'm sorry for your negative experience. Times of adversities are times of growth and wisdom development/acquisition. You are "The Lauren" and I have no doubt that you will bounce back of that experience stronger, wiser, and still lovely! As a "Laurenian" I'm comfortable saying that my money is on you! Here is one of my favorite quotes: "You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending." - C.S. Lewis Stay safe, stay healthy, and stay happy! Everything else is manageable! Pops
Be careful and don't take too much risk, I hope u speedy recovery, now I know much the diet and the environment play big role. She look smaller and the glow and the strong jawline disappeared. Best advice go back home being in comfortable safe environment and eating the right food will help u healing faster
Very good talk. You learned this lesson much younger than me. I must say, regardless of the swelling on your cheek, you look extremely healthy. Carnivore, for me, was also the way to go.
carnivore was THE reason i pulled this off and healed as quickly as i did. I hope you saw the follow up videos!? crazy stuff happened haha thank you for the love my friend!
As many have said Lauren, I too appreciate your transperancy. Others will learn from your videos, when they are ready. Big things like, if I cannot drink without consequences, then it is fair to say, I can't do anything "mind altering" without consequences. DOPAMINE. Even pain meds, in my experience need to be nipped in the bud. However, I do not think you were on them when you returned to your solo journey. Lauren I truely admire and am inspired by you. When you said something along the lines of your friends would be surprised to see you. They thought you would be back in the United States, as you reiterated your injuries "WERE THAT BAD". I understand two of your BEST FRIENDS, were on the adventure. One of your Besties, could have accompanied your solo journey back down, in your condition? Money is just money, the adventure could be re-done again. Life is so precious. I am exceedingly relieved that you learnt more lessons though. You are incredibly courageous to have not given up on a dream and actually re-done the journey. You have listened to God and the Universe with regards to weed. We are all so relieved that you are home. Phew! I do wonder though, were there more life lessons for "others to be learnt" as well? The value of anothers life perhaps? Everything else can be replaced. Love Deb ❤❤❤
Hi Deb! what a thoughtful message, thank you for sharing this. My friend knew I was in good hands when I left, our guides assured them and we had connections to the company. It was still somewhat "unknown" how the hospitals would be, but getting there I wasn't concerned so there was no need to have someone come with me. IT was the struggle of climbing down at night that was fascinating, but besides that it was ok! Thank you for looking out. And thank you for this very thoughtful comment, I am always grateful to read messages like this and know there are others out there with good thoughts, intentions, energies, etc. Can't wait to see more of you pop up, my friend :) grateful to have you here
Love the transparency, that strive to constantly learn, grow and be a better person is maybe what it’s all about. Thanks for sharing.
thank you for taking it for what it is :) so glad you're here

thank you my friend, what a kind and thoughtful comment. sending you all the love and good energy my friend and I hope you saw the follow up videos!?
Yes, I saw the follow up videos, starting today, last year me and the wife did 3 mths, felt so good ... ... 😊 Happy 2025 to you
Great message Lauren - thank God you're ok.
Jesus ❤
That was a great testimony. I literally almost cried, and then I did while writing this. This message is such a wonderful reminder that God is out there and is real. Thank you Lauren. ❤❤❤❤
💛✨
Thanks for your honesty. You have just given me another wake up call. 🙏
im so glad to hear it :) little signs propel us into much greater realities when we listen to them. this is what i've learned
Be safe!
Good luck girl. I’ve been straight for 17 years, it feels good. Once you get close to that chapter, it’s easy when you look back
get it get it my friend! so great to see you here, thanks for the good energy and dropping the comment
Sometimes all that is needed is to change your friends, be very careful choosing your friends you end becoming like them
I can't believe that they let her go back on her own!
@@linz716...thinking the exact same thing. Friends..? I'm not so sure about that.
you become who you are around, indeed. I'm blessed to have amazing friends these days
You are definitely on to something there
no doubt! have you seen my video where I speak with the expert on grounding specifically? It's fascinatinggggg
Lauren, thank you for your transparency. I hope you get better soon and come home safely! Enjoy your climb. You can do it!!
thank you debbie! so kind of you. All is well now, did you see the follow up video!? it's a good one :)
Thanks for the video, sometimes I think about diving back into old habits
eh, nah. they're old frequencies. allow yourself to progress forward, into the new and clean energy. listen for that knock my friend
If ever in NJ reach out 👍
thank you Jay, so kind of you and I certainly will!
Great video and message. Keeping it real. Praying you get better quickly!
thank you for the prayers, the thoughtful comment and for being here my friend
You're right. There are times we get smacked upside the head , literally or figuratively and it's in our best interests to pay attention and change. Those that don't, tend to have shortened shelf life.
yep, it's a real thing. pay attention, and we get auto corrected :) thanks for being here my friend and for the love
Wonderfull to see the human in you . With Loving Kindness Horst- Peter

thanks for being here i look forward to seeing you pop up more often!
Listen to your intuition for sure. Godspeed beautiful 👍🏽
yessir, thank you my friend
God is giving you wake up calls. Turn to Him and listen. I surrendered at age 48. Never looked back. I’ve been alcohol free six years weed free for 10 and carnivore for two. Never felt better.
damn that's amazing! how has carnivore changed you? was there a reason you gave up alcohol in particular?
@@laurenknighthughes
I gave up the alcohol because it was becoming a nightly thing.
I feel sorry for u lol. I never deprive myself of carbs and life is good.
@@Coach_Jose you have no clue what a ketogenic diet is.
@@LionessHiker And u have no clue what carbs are
Thankgoodness 🙏 ❤

Eitherway I hope everything goes well for you mate.

You are too cool! Thank you my friend for sharing this! what an amazing story. Why do you think your dog saved you!?
Love this message. I have fainted 3 times in my life. Once I woke in the bottom of my bathtub with a shower curtain laying on me, alone in an apartment. I almost died terribly alone. I have quit things, but still reintroduce from time to time and always wonder why. Just to see if Im still a loser I guess, lol

Proverbs 3:11-12
GJ :-)

The Universe? It's GOD. If you call on HIM HE will answer you. HE is the only one for humanity.
The universe is not God. The universe is God's creation.
A lot better than I'll ever look. lol
