Very good video. I'm really liking what Nokia is doing. Not everyone wants a $1k Apple, Samsung or Huawei phone. Nokia is doing things right by offering good products at a even better price point.
Why you're lying. What Nokia has good in this price? Only design and screen. Its not enough to pay for it. This phone takes blurry photos at night. Worse than cheaper Moto g6plus. Its not good choice. Its better to buy LG G6 or Honor 8x(nigt mode) or Pocophone for this price. If Noka had good camera, than yes it could be good choice. In dayligt evry phone takes good photos
Just purchased the Nokia 7.1 for $215 brand new. Long time Iphone user and still use the Iphone 7 regularly. Just wanted to try out stock android and see what it was about. Pleasantly surprised by this phone, especially given the price. It's a great change up from my Iphone.
It has been an excellent phone and it's works soo well with the Android One programme. Actually the whole Nokia 7 line is awesome! The battery life hasn't been am issue at all. Can't wait for the 7.3...
I highly recommend this phone. It is flagship quality and design. While it does not have an Apple on it, the Nokia seal is just as slick. I love that this is Android One....no bloatware. My only gripe is that this is not compatible with CDMA carrier.

I ended up cancelling my order because I found out Nokia currently has terrible customer service. I went with a brand new original Pixel, and am really happy with it.
I have a Nokia 6 (2017) and I love it. Now I see beauty like this and makes me want to upgrade so bad and it's not even that expensive.... Nokia will one day return to number 1

nokia 7.1 problem i can't delete google bar and chima on the main screen, error, i've tried everything to delete, i like clean initial screen. friend can help me, possible
I wish the blue one came with the copper accents! That would be beautiful! Plus, wireless charging would have been nice... Not a must but nice as it would future proof the phone for at least it's expected life cycle as given by the android one program; 2-years minimum.
hi Michael Josh, can you compare this phone with Nokia 6.1 Plus? I want to know how the build quality is compared to 6.1 Plus which I currently have (and it feels really CHEAP with the plastic antenna inserts not co-molded with the metal frame which I even doubt is a 6000 series aluminum).
Great review Michael. Your level of detail and specially your presentation is excellent. There's however one little point that concerns me and that is how sharp the phone's edges are. As you hold the phone for an extended period will it dig into your palm? For this reason I will wait to see it in the store before making up my mind. Also, I will look for your review of the Oneplus 6T (although they have already shot themselves in the foot by eliminating the headphone jack against the wishes of 85% of their fans, not to mention adding the dreaded notch and the price increase).

This goes Slumbered for many years when a Chief was visited by Time machine to come to the future welcome him in Bombastic fashion and he is now Connected thru NOKIA connecting people. Suggestion hired talent Mr. Terry Gene Bollea aka Hulk Hogan as Viking chief or other Scandinavian Divas or actors. Now NOKIA will shines anew.
I love the small Nokia 700 still from a decade ago - I prefer it to these mini notebooks with phone functionality, except that I can’t get any support or update for it. Unfortunately for Nokia when they decided to sell their company to Microsoft they didn’t bank on Microsoft ditching the brand. It will be a while for me to buy another Nokia phone unless they decide to relaunch the Nokia 700 with Android and duel Sim otherwise it’s goodnight for me jack.

Oh Nokia, Oh Nokia. So this is my story with my 7.1. I purchased it in December ’18 at a well known store in Hong Kong. From there the phone was fine…liked Androidone, the phone itself is a nice size/weight etc. Many of the features that are talked about in this review are true, some are not (I don’t think it has great battery life, but it’s not horrible, the speakers is very weak!). Nevertheless as you will find out if you are considering a 7.1 it is clear that the USB-C (one of the reasons I purchased this phone along with the 3.5jack and the low price) is defective from the factory. 100% read the nokia support pages…they are ALL failing. So my tale of woe essentially comes down to the fact that Nokia is NOT honoring the warranty in the USA; which is a terrible idea for a product that is “designed” to be mobile (it’s a portable device!). If you were to go on vacation or get a job for an extended amount of time Nokia has ZERO help for you unless you stay home. For that reason alone I cannot recommend this phone or ANY phone from Nokia. Even fixing the phone requires shipping it back to Nokia for at least 3-5 days…and who knows if the fix is good? Keeping in mind that even after I asked to pay for service, they still said NO. Nokia…you are done. Good luck with that attitude going against Steve Jobs and his network of stores, spare parts and 3rd-party repair.

the back looks better than of iphone. the front needs to be bezel less. then once again nokia will be on top in design like their lumia was.
