It was Nigerian immigration. The immigration officers in Lebanon were mostly just shocked seeing a black girl visiting for tourism. They didn't ask any questions with malicious intent.
If you want to get PTA to Lebanon, you have to go the Lebanese embassy to get a visa which costs $88. Banks don’t give PTA for visa on arrival. I tried it.
what if u are visiting Beriut from another country, but with nigerian passport? where do they check the $2k? at Nigerian border or Lebanese border? please this is urgent, i need to book my flight now but i didn't prepare the $2,000, thanks

You'd be spending about 500,000 LBP or about $50 for about 5-10km trips depending on the time of day and traffic situation
