I have the first four games of this series on PS2, and I love them. They're great, fun games, and I'm happy the original Ratchet & Clank was one of the first console games I ever played.

This R&C playlist was literally my childhood, glad to see it still up.
I remember having chicken pox and just sitting at home playing this on the ps2. Ratchet and Clank 1, 2 and 3 have held up so well.

I think they are based on the Ratchet and Clank movie coming out in April this year. Hopefully if they turn the movie into a trilogy we will get a complete remake and reimagining of the trilogy which would be amazing.

I LOVED this game as a child. I used to play this game over and over and over again. The Shock Cannon was my favourite gun outta the lot. Your very first gun and then when you upgraded it to it's max level, it had this Badass Ability that (at the cost of 10 Bullets) allows you to charge the gun and when ready, let's you Unleash a Beam Cannon that shoots and can even allow you to drag the beam (via left analogue I think) around destroying everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) in its path...
SUCH a good gun.
So much nostalgia! I'm 16 and use to play this as a 7 year old boy. I need to get this game back and play myself.

Man I LOVE this damn game, it's one of the few PS2 games I've seen where the characters actually have dynamic faces. Other games like Harry Potter games, Devil May Cry, they good but the faces can't change for some reason

I remember at age 10, this game was my entire summer vacation. I actually found a cool little "glitch" in the armor mod. When wearing any of the unlockable skins in the game, do this when your about to go into inferno mode. When in it, go to the specials menu to remove the skin, and put the armor back on. When it wears of, you will still be in the inferno armor. I don't know if it will work on the ps3, but it did on the ps2. Try it out, and see if it works?

I played the first two on my PS2 when Going Commando came out when I was 9, but never got to play any of the rest but just watching the first part of this one and seeing that style and humor again (which made me laugh, even now 13 years later when I'm 21) has determined me to buy all of them and play them in order. This is one of the games that made my childhood, and I will never forget it. P.S. Anyone else excited about the ratchet and clank movie!?

This game was the best! It even had offline multiplayer where you could play with your friends
just a quick tip, aside from the infector and holo shield glove (don't get it till you have to) don't hold back on the weapons cause its easier to get bolts in this game. also at some point you get a few of the old weapons on r&c 2 at one of the vendors later in the game, you'll get it free because you brought it in the last game. :D
