I listen to this music when I am reading Scripture, my spiritual books, writing, etc. and want to blot out the noise of the TV, and the world. It helps me to get quiet, to lift up my heart to the Lord. It is often a "background" to prayer, journaling, meditation, and contemplation.

Hey whoever needs to hear this, I am proud of you. You have gotten so far with life or it's just starting up. No matter what please keep your head up high and continue to chase your dreams or start new hobbies you've been thinking about. You are doing a amazing job at waking up and getting out of bed, but if you're stuck please wake up at the time of the sunrise and watch while listening to music. Trust me if you are one of the people who feel stuck I will try to give you a small push to get out of bed and my excuse is go and watch the sunrise. If you are feeling pain or sadness go ahead and cry cause that is how you can heal, go and get your favorite snack or meet up with your favorite person, do something that will make you happy.
