The steampunk style fit it so well. And I'm so glad you overlapped the cogs. That's typical for steampunk. Get some keys too, if you get more cogs.

The clock came out beautifully! The clips go in the three holes in the back. If you put them in correctly the clock face should not move.i have made a few clocks and I love the mold.
So excited found this mold on Temu Amazon was sold out. I ordered Derek a bunch of tiny keys to put in the resin!

You can put your whole piece inside the vacuum chamber so while its curing it will debubble it at the same time.

That is the coolest steampunk clock, and believe it or not, the two thicknesses of the clear and black resin really give it that steampunk look. It's awesome.
The clock is absolutely beautiful! I was thinking the coffee brown alchohol ink would be nice too. Kind of imitate wood.
The turtle you could have used uv resin to stick his head back on.
If you had a fork mold that would be a cute set with the spoon lol.

Never got full understanding of those two pieces and how exactly they work…I’ve even tried to glue the pieces to side…nope didn’t work…thanks for your clarity😋❤️
I did a thin layer of clear resin and let it cure then placed some cogs on it and the poured another layer of clear and a second layer of cogs to make it look more 3D then let that cure then poured the black resin as the last layer.
