Hey boss… the scalping wheels vibrating… take the bolt out and put a washer or two between the wheel and mounting bracket. Put the bolt back in and use a lock nut to secure it, don’t over tighten the nut and the vibration goes away.
I just got my first zero turn zt2000. Belt seems to be jumping a lot. Is this normal? Would you be able to upload a video with PTO running? I need some help, please. I took it to the dealer and they couldn't find anything wrong. I would like to see how your deck belt is running. Thanks
I have the zt3000 and my deck is outrageously loud like can hardly take it when it’s at full throttle and was told the 48inch decks all have that common issue with that size deck is yours like that and I only bought mine about 3 weeks ago
And it’s only Loud at full throttle and blades engaged like I get it full throttle is loud on anything but this like rattles and slightly shakes and sounds like all the bolts are coming loose
@codywilliams8274 if I let my blades get out of balance too much then it can be loud and have a vibration. Most of the rocks are gone from the yard but somehow the dogs seem to find more. Mowing rocks is never good for maintaining balance.
I found on my, the arm that held deck up when is dropped to mowing position vibrate a lot due to been loose and I don't think anything can be done about other than trying to put a rubber piece to stop vibration. Spindles metal cover makes vibration noises as well.

Thanks, I'll definitely give that a try.

What part of the country are you mowing?
How many hours on the mower?
How much lawn do you cut?
@Prozac362 east coast, 1 acre, just shy of 40 hours. Land is uneven, rocky and some sticks.
I just looked at these mowers yesterday. My question to you is, how is the ride? I'm mowing bumpy rutty fields.
Ride isn't that bad, the seat and springs provide some suspension however you will feel the ruts.
This mower will beat you senseless if you have a rough yard. The Trac-Seat suspension plate makes a huge difference and is worth the $179.
@@xeontisI installed a Trac-Seat on mine. Best $179 spent.
Did you get it?
