@@DMKahn i might be one of the only producers I know messing with Ableton to produce reggae . I’ve learnt quite a bit from your channel . Workflow different but, the end goal same. Cheers
I know a couple of wicked producers that use Ableton for reggae production. It’s definitely a good DAW, seems to be lower on CPU than logic. I tried it once for live dubbing but I had a hard time with it. I say the best daw for you is the one you are comfortable with! All the best man thanks for stopping by
I basically take all of the processing on my master bus and put them on each individual track, then use logic’s “export all tracks as files” function. Then I weed out any tracks that may be duplicates. Sometimes I have things bussed, so any individual track I know that goes to a bus, I rename with an X at the end of the track so I know to delete it as it’s a duplicate. Hope that makes sense
This is so dope ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥. They don’t make reggae/ dub this authentic anymore. Big up 💚💛❤️

Hey DM Kahn,
I was curiouse how the Stem albums are created...
Also if you recommend any stem seperation software you prefer to use.

I hear the “ I really want to love you girl song” a lot in the radio
Nice! Where do you live where they play it, Hawaii?
@@DMKahn I live on Lanai
Hello! I want to ask. Do I need to mix it after I buy it。or It can be directly used for dubbing???
Used directly for dubbing!
Hi Khan what’s the model of your mixer? Is it Midas ?
Yes Midas F24
Just took your advice and bought a Strymon El Capistan :)

@@DMKahn Can I ask what is the device with the big knob and switch under your El Capistan in the video?
