hi po, yes pwede but the thing is hindi pa nag mamature yung property. We have this kasabihan na "habang tumatagal, tumataas ang value ng property". The more na matagal, mas malaki ang value appreciation. Kung after 2 yrs ibebenta agad, minimal din po ang capital appreciation.
