The background music really doesn't serve a useful purpose. I'm a musician. Certain notes will always catch your attention even if you are trying to ignore them. I really wish that people trying to add style to the more important substance would realize that.
Thanks for your input! We’re still trying to figure out the right way to approach music in our TH-cam editing. I agree that background music doesn’t make sense for serious, focused learning (we never include music behind the lessons in our courses). But for these TH-cam videos, which are more focused on grabbing learners’ attention, we’re taking a more lighthearted, entertaining approach, because the TH-cam audience seems to like it… as far as we can tell. We’ll consider removing the music altogether for future videos if it makes sense. Meanwhile you can access our entire free course which doesn’t include background music here: lcspodcast.com/1
Strangely enough, this video answers exactly a question I had about when to use the subjunctive. Its like you read my mind on this one.
I'm so glad it was helpful!
Excellent video. Thank you!
You are welcome! Thanks for watching!
Great video, great explanation of how to use subjunctives
Thank you!

Thanks for watching! :)
Can you guys do a Brazilian Portuguese course with this same learning structure pleaseeeee
We would love to, one day!
Take out the background music. It is very distracting when people are trying to concentrate so hard.
Thank you for your feedback! We've been working on improving the quality of our videos and this kind of comment is just what we need.
But, I want the boy to be here…isn’t that I want something for myself so Quiero el chico estar aquí?
" I want the boy to be here" is a wish/desire that has to do with the behavior of someone different than yourself, that's why we use subjunctive.
