In a country like Russia where 90% of the time you're guaranteed to be in a major accident if you drive at all... I don't think I would just aimlessly be driving around listening to corny music for nothing. I would only go out if I had a real reason to be out. That also includes just walking around the yard outside my house, because they even have a way of driving up into your yard and killing you.
You have several valid complaints…in addition,if a car ever had crashability,it was long ago smashed out of it…replaced with reinforced cardboards and plastic
