Could you please you do the final step of publishing this app to the app store if you have time?
I cant find a single exanple of this anywhere.
I am trying to build a custom discount experience with shopify functions, and apparently apps containing functions can not be installed as a custom app so i need to publish on the app store, but there is extra problem there about webhook/conpliace.
If you put up an example where you actially publish an app you would be the only video on youtube.

Hey, if you read this would you please consider my request: Building an App to manage Discounts (Add,Edit, display) types bogo, fixed_amount, percentage, free_shipping, (Automatic?) but please using PHP and your shopify.php API tools? Could you please do that? (Want to keep PHP alive before having to learn a whole new language in REMIX). Thank you Bernard. Edward.

Hi Bernard, I followed your steps but 1. I didn't get the same folders/files as you did with npm init @shopify/app@latest and 2. when I installed the Remix app in my test store I got an error message "Error: shopify.toast can't be used in a server environment. You likely need to move this code into an Effect." Can you please help me..
