Not really, if he managed battled an XYZ and summoned arise heart to overlap with Zeus, it would still be a 1 activation Zeus, so it really would have traded 1 negate, and would have lost the battle phase, and if he tried to gave more mats to arise heart, the own arise heart would also gain mats and could banish any monster before ever battling
