i first heard this as a background track for a video i came across that someone had taken from the window of an airplane, of the clouds and the light playing off of them, with lightning in a coming storm. it felt so ethereal and dreamlike, and i think of it every time i hear this song. and it's kind of funny how, even though the lyrics are sad, it always makes me feel calm and peaceful. i wish i could find that video again.
