After charging when to pay? And if we stop it charges for units consumed?
After charging only used energy is calculated and deducted from Tata power wallet .if we stop midway it deducts that much amount only which is used

22-25 Rs per unit is the price at Tata power.. charge cost is for card only , no balance is provided, we have to top-up separately
U spent more time in explaining the card but missed the steps for charging. Shall I first connect the plug with charger and once the machine shows live then tap the card ?

we are using nexon ev prime which is 30kw. what kind of chargers we can use with this care. as you know u get multiple kinds of chargers like 3.3kw,7.5kw in some stations i found 25kw, 50kw , 60kw charger. can i use 60kw charger with my prime car which is of 30kw. ? even tata people not aware of this.
@Gayatri7062 you can use any tata charger which is having RFID reader ( active) , prime supports maximum of 30 kw i guess, so even if you use 60kw charger it will charge at 30kw speed ..
@@Gayatri7062 you can use any charger with CCS2 Port be it 3.3Kw 7.2,15,24,30,60, and so on but max capacity you will get 30kw means even faster charger will take time similar to 30Kw cahrger.
