    When you eat a pizza , would you just lick the sauce and then eat the bread underneath ? No right ? Pleaseeeee taste the gravy and the main course with the bread. They are not meant to be eaten on their own.

    I definitely enjoyed the new editing style, it had a good feel to it. Also, great thumbnail!

    Indian main dishes do not come with a side. This is only a thing in the USA. Dhamaka being a more traditional Indian restaurant, would not serve sides. Depending on where you are from, you might prefer a paratha or rice, but that is almost always a separate order in India. No one in India ever eats the main dishes on their own, which is why when we see people eat the curry by itself and then take a bite out of the naan or any other flatbread, we cringe a little. While to each their own, this is not how people in India eat. As such, the spice and saltiness are adjusted accordingly. I cannot say how salty anything was without eating. It might have been too salty even with a side but regardless they were not supposed to be eaten on their own.

      Yeah it's probably too salty even with the side.

    Being an Odia, it’s actually disrespectful looking at how sad the Chenna Poda looks.

      great to know that! you should try butter chicken with butter naan. It's just finger licking good

      @@sussybaka4329I have tried that and I liked it! I also like lotus root kofta which I think has an even richer taste. In fact, I'm not so much of a stranger when it comes to Indian food. I cook various Indian dishes like different biryani and pulao, and I even make my own masala. I'm the adventurous kind 😂

    Doh Khleh should not have any spice. Its supposed to be made with pork brain. The only "spice" added would be chopped ginger with chopped green chillies and shallots. From the north-east, love your videos 😊

      Thanks! Interesting! This version I had was pork face (not brain) with some masalas and stuff, the team there might have adapted the spirit and made some changes. I'm curious to try the original version as I am no stranger to eating pig brain 😂

    7:52 Love the video but the main dishes (apart from biriyani) are NOT designed to be eaten alone as you say.
    They are all eaten with either bread or rice....which will manage the salt level.

      @Fufski  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes! Some people have pointed that out. Next time I will always pair those with a main dish.

    That "chenna poda " is not authentic , it's just their take on the original recipe. It doesn't even come closer to the original one.
