The text is in Sanskrit and the translation in English is as: "The glory of this Mudra of Shahaji's son Shivaji will grow like the first day of moon. It will be worshiped by the world and it will shine only for the well being of people".
शिवाजी महाराज भारत भूमि में बसने वालों के प्रेरणास्रोत रहे हैं। उनके पिता शाहजी ने बहुत कम उम्र में ही उन्हें राजमुद्रा देकर उनके जीवन का लक्ष्य निर्धारित कर दिया था। शिवाजी महाराज से पहले अधिकतर राजमुद्राएं फ़ारसी में होती थी, लेकिन शिवाजी की राजमुद्रा संस्कृत में है।
शिवाजी महाराज की राजमुद्रा पर लिखा है-

शाहसूनोः शिवस्यैषा मुद्रा भद्राय राजते ।।
प्रतिपदा के चंद्रमा की तरह बढ़ने वाली और पूरे विश्व में वंदनीय, शाहजी के पुत्र शिवाजी की, यह मुद्रा लोक कल्याण के लिए ही विराजमान है। वर्धिष्णु एक विशेषण है जिसका अर्थ हुआ बढ़ता हुआ या बढ़ती हुई (जिस अर्थ में शिवाजी महाराज की राजमुद्रा में इस शब्द का प्रयोग हुआ है)।

Let's compare, this company is 10 times smaller than LTIM but then compare it's Sales growth, Profit Growth and ROE and you will find that even after being smaller none of these base matrices are aggressive which we definitely expect while investing in small or micro caps due to higher inherited risk. Hope I'm able to add some value to your understanding of the stock selection.

The Battle of Plassey was a pivotal event in Indian history. It took place on June 23, 1757, near the village of Plassey (now Palashi) in Bengal, India. The conflict arose due to tensions between the British East India Company and the Nawab of Bengal, Siraj-ud-Daulah, over economic and political issues.
The East India Company, under the leadership of Robert Clive, formed alliances with local Indian rulers, including Mir Jafar, a disgruntled nobleman in the Nawab's court. Through diplomatic maneuvers and promises of rewards, Clive secured the support of Mir Jafar and other conspirators.
On the day of the battle, the forces of the Nawab of Bengal outnumbered those of the East India Company, but internal divisions and betrayal weakened Siraj-ud-Daulah's army. Moreover, heavy rains had rendered the Nawab's artillery ineffective.
During the battle, Mir Jafar's forces largely remained passive, allowing the British to achieve a decisive victory. Siraj-ud-Daulah fled the battlefield, leading to the capture of Murshidabad, the capital of Bengal, by the British.
The Battle of Plassey marked the beginning of British dominance in India. It allowed the East India Company to establish control over Bengal, a wealthy and strategically important region. The victory paved the way for further British expansion in the Indian subcontinent and ultimately contributed to the establishment of British colonial rule in India.

It says प्रतिपचंद्र लेखेव , वर्धिष्णू, विश्ववंदिता, शाहसूनो शिवस्यैषा ,मुद्रा भद्राय राजते. It is in sanskrit. It means As the first moon (प्रतिपदा) keeps on growing and develops in full moon, so this seal of son of Shahaji , Shivaji grows and worshipped by the whole world. It symbolises goodness (भद्राय)
This is meaning of the seal behind Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's idol.

Sir aap hamesha bolte ho ki market mein 2-5k ka mat socho. Market se bada paisa banao. I agree totally. But whenever I invested in quality stocks either my entry exit was at wrong time or it gave 30% return max. Stock MFs certainly beat Fd. But Sir thoda aur jaldi paise banane ke liye multiplier effect ana jaruri hai. Kitni bhi fundamental analysis karo inko pakadna aasan nahi 😢. And insaan ko 25% return me khush rehna chaiye. Bas retirement achi hogi shayad. Present me to jyada kuch nahi paise milenge. Middle class life hi jeena padega😢😢
