Today, I've been crying for 2 hours because of different problems in life. I am only 16 years old but I'm not complaining since my problem is not as heavy as what other people experienced. Because of what happen to me I decided to play the worship songs of God. After playing it I cried so loud and let my emotions come out. I let God listen to me . I am thankful dear God for being at my side even if I am a bad child to you.

I'm a m/h sufferer, an agoraphobic of 26yrs, and a published poet whose been on medications since losing my Mum 26yrs ago 'suddenly' when she was just 52yrs, 'this' 19th, May, 2023. For those people reading this who know's what it's like to lose your #1 person in the world at a young age, that was me. It completely broke me, my world, everything that I was and knew up to 'that' point. I was also going through the break up of a L.T.R with a then
g/f of 7yrs, and I had a complete mental breakdown. I fully lost it 💯%😪.
I eventually was put into a m/h hospital for what seemed like an eternity. I was discharged on heavy med's and that was way back then.
It will be 26yrs since Mum has passed, yet I still cry at my loss. I was in care between 8 - 21yrs, (Children's home's, etc) - but 'still' I feel like that lost soul.
•2yrs ago my life changed for the better,... 'Mentally & Emotionally',-
When I chose to go to my local church for positive people to be around, and to go out and celebrate my 50th birthday on April 1st 2001. [Quite an apt birth date for my lifetime of experience?!] 🤔💭
I'm currently 5 days since being weaned of my anti-depressant med's due to them putting on excess weight. I've been on anti's for 25yrs.
I'm currently 24+ stone and awaiting a gastric operation. (18mths left to wait for the Op!)
I feel I may need to go back onto another anti depressant as I'm finding the slightest annoyance of life hard to cope with. (Anybody with a schizoid personality disorder and other m/h issues may understand.)
My church session on Sunday was emotional, and although I am an agnostic person learning to become a fully fledged Christian, through my 'Alpha course' that I also attend at the same church, my church family are very accommodating and supportive towards me.
I enjoy singing at church and here home alone, and "Oceans" (& "Way Maker" are two of my favourite hymn's at present.)
I have no other family and only 1 friend of 40yrs who unfortunately is a Narcissist without empathy. I have 22 Vip's only on my facebook 'by choice'. I don't need 5000 people, just positive communicator's! 🌌

Though my family assures me tgat tgey listen to what i say. The way they act to every thing that i do cobtradicts with what they tell me, it's hard to even open up or even tell my side in such situations, its so hard that it came to a point that i have to tell all mu burdens to one special &irl in my life, i do trust and love her, but i dobt want to bombared her with my burdens, as she also carries a heavy one. So i come to God i cry my burdens to him, and listens to these songs.
