I think it's actually possible to get a triple hit in surging sparks. I don't have any proof, but in theory, you could get an ace spec in the 1st reverse holo slot, an illustration rare in the 2nd, and an ex or dull art in the regular holo spot. Like i said, ive never seen it before but i think its possible
