You could just make the whole helmet out of eva foam like stuff I make. Still would be under 20 dollars probably but would look more accurate. I haven't made a helmet out of eva foam yet, I 3d printed my current halo helmet, but I made my chestplate out of eva foam and it looks good. I do have to say that the base shape on yours looks pretty good tho 👍
Next challenge, make lego custom minifigures set from your favorite sentai/power rangers series. I currently just finished making a set for himitsu sentai goranger, five rangers and one black cross foot soldier. Planning to try to make as many as I can
