Totally cried when you said goodbye.. made me think of the pony I used to lease, Bijou. I had to say goodbye to her because my parents separated. I miss her all the time.

I was riding at a barn for 3 years and I fell in love with this horse named Splash. He was very stubborn and didn’t always listen. He was kinda lazy and no one ever liked him because he was so slow. But me, I didn’t like him. I loved him. He threw me down a thousand times, didn’t always listen, refused, and almost had me break my hand. I didn’t care. He was still my favorite and I loved him. One day I went to the barn and my instructor told me that he was getting sold. I played it cool but after I left the barn I cried for hours. It was the most difficult time of my life. We have made so many memories. He was the one who taught me about refusing, he was the one who got me through my first fall, and he was the one that was going to teach me about my first goodbye. Yes it has been a year since he left the barn but still to this day I sometimes cry randomly about him. Those were the best three years of my life. It hurt but he got me through hard times to prepare me for other hard times later in my life. I miss u Splash.❤️
panda plays games i am so sorry😪😔 the horse that i lease is basically the same, very stubborn,and slow,almost made me brake my back,bit me,kicked me,bucked me off,refused, but he also was one of the sweetest horses i have ever met and has a great personality(when he wants to) nobody else liked to ride him but i loved him so much. but then after one of my lessons on him my instructor told me that the other instructor there had bought him. which was fine cause he would stay on that property and i could still lease him,but about 3 weeks ago she said her husband found a job in a different state and that they will prob move there and take mac(the horse) with them and i literally cried all night😭🥺

I am moving barns too. It will be hard, but I'm not being pushed enough at my current barn. I'm happy with the mover, but I'm scared that I won't get the chance to see the horses before they die. It's been too big a part of my life. But I have to go...

Watching you say goodbye to charlotte sounded horrible. Just this summer i had to sell my my pony after out growing him (the pony in my profile). It was extremely hard and in fact, i never got to say goodbye. He sold while I was away on a trip, it was probably the most emotional and horrible things I have ever had to do, I shared so many moments with him and he was pretty much my therapist when I moved schools. I would come to the barn everyday after school and usually cry in the car because of school friends, and teachers. I miss him so much, but know I am the hunt to find my next best friend... Also you have been a big motivation to me fro a while now, I lost confidence and motivation after moving of my pony. Watching your videos are so inspiring and fun. Thank you for all you have done for me Justine!
When I saw you cry, i started to cry. I pretty much know exactly how you feel. Last summer I had to say goodbye to my horse that i leased for two years because her owners were selling her and I was moving to a new barn. Saying goodbye was the hardest thing I've ever done. That horse was my heart horse. She was my soul mate. Leaving her was absolutely horrible and i still think about her every single day. As much as its hard to believe, change can be a good thing. Because I moved barns, I have a wonderful trainer and I also have an amazing and talented horse I call my own. I really hope you find a great new horse! You are such an amazing rider!

Get your trainer to help you find a horse and her opinion on what you should get. If you're just moving up and still are at a beginner-ish level, look for half- leases to start off with. They're cheaper and other can still ride it to help the horse advance too. (Of course every situation is different)

Hi Justine! I know you must get comments like this all the time, but I love your channel! You are so positive and inspiring! A few years ago I rode at a summer camp that changed my life. The pony I rode, Prince, was for sale. After a struggle, he was mine, and I'm so thankful. He didn't have the correct form for jumping at the time, but after a year or two of hard training he does. We qualify for some amazing shows now, and the entire time I was training Prince, I kept telling myself three things. Dream, Believe, Achive. Thank you Justine! You are such an amazing role model, and congratulations!

Question! Do you think your barn will let you see her again if you come to visit? Also, I have a story. So my barn shut down back in November and I knew I would never be able to see any of the horses again. I had a lease horse as well, and I loved her so much. Ooof this is late. When you were saying bye to Charolette, I almost started crying. I have to move barns now b/c of drama. The last time I saw my lease pony I leased for a year and a half, was after my one lesson in the winter. Told him I'd see him in a week or two. Never did. Now it's March and I haven't seen my lil buddy since November 😫 I have my first lesson at my new barn on Monday

I cried when my old lease pony moved on to a new home. It was before he left, but I think that was the last time I saw him, as a few days later my parents took him to his new home and I had to go to school. I know I’m like 3 years late but whatever 😂. I’m sad because I spent forever getting qualified for pony finals 2020... and it got canceled because of corona. It looks like so much fun. I literally got their, fir the show before, and they canceled it 5 hours before pony finals... but whatever can’t go back now. Anyways, I’m so happy for you! I know I’m very late but I love seeing your horse journey!

So I'm British and I don't understand why you are wearing a tail coat (dressage jacket) for jumping. The tails must flap and distract the horse?

Seeing you cry made me cry.. I know what that feels like even though I still go to the same barn. The horse was sick and whenever I saw her she made me cry. I would go in the stall and sit with her at the show.
Question! Do you think your barn will let you see her again if you come to visit? Also, I have a story. So my barn shut down back in November and I knew I would never be able to see any of the horses again. I had a lease horse as well, and I loved her so much. I think that you are a true inspiration to the people who have gone through this, or are going through this. I miss the horse so much and I'm sure you miss Charlotte too. I really hope you have a great time with Fergie too. (Sorry if I spelled that wrong)

I know this is such a long time after this video was posted, but when you said goodbye it seriously made me cry. It made me think of a pony I used to ride that looked almost exactly like Charlotte. It’s so hard saying goodbye ❤️

Ooof this is late. When you were saying bye to Charolette, I almost started crying. I have to move barns now b/c of drama. The last time I saw my lease pony I leased for a year and a half, was after my one lesson in the winter. Told him I'd see him in a week or two. Never did. Now it's March and I haven't seen my lil buddy since November 😫 I have my first lesson at my new barn on Monday

I cried when my old lease pony moved on to a new home. It was before he left, but I think that was the last time I saw him, as a few days later my parents took him to his new home and I had to go to school. I am hoping to see him, as his current lease is not far away, but I can't bcs of flipping corona, so yea, I know how ya felt :) sorry this comment was like two years late, but I only just found this vid so yea x

I know I’m like 3 years late but whatever 😂. I’m sad because I spent forever getting qualified for pony finals 2020... and it got canceled because of corona. It looks like so much fun. I literally got their, fir the show before, and they canceled it 5 hours before pony finals... but whatever can’t go back now. Anyways, I’m so happy for you! I know I’m very late but I love seeing your horse journey!
