Watching Sonic Fox is like watching a movie. The comebacks , mind games , trickery etc. At times I feel he intentionally loses at the beginning of games just to win at the end.

Sonic Fox multi-fighting games champion! he's just awesome...his clutch is incredible, love his comebacks...hands down, true king!
They're the best overall FG player ever, and it's not even debatable. Their success in such a variety of games for such a long period speaks for itself.
He has the skills but it's mostly NRS games and Skullgirls.

@hotzauhse not sure that's a good excuse to rule him out when others were also using broken characters including GO1. I think his interest just moved to different games

I mean he can, but the Tekken scene is probably on the most hardest thing to win. Not because of the game is harder to play, but i feel like they have much more tough player to beat, i mean Korea and Pakistan is not just one or two peoples.

@hotzauhse what do you mean? It is allowed. Even at locals. You can ask for a seat change after or at the beginning of a set. The problem was that the EVO officials didn't know the rules. Rules that have been a part of the FGC for well over a decade and a half at that point. So it took forever for them to flip a coin.
It should have taken no less than a minute.
@@CornBreadtm1 still tho that's a weak move imo. Why change the seats because you getting destroyed? He did all that on purpose to mess up Goichi's momentum and focus.

part of me still feels like that side switch request from sonic shouldve been denied, sonic is my goat but for them to stall the set like that couldve definitely been considered as foulplay and maybe deterred GO1. seemed a bit unfair but still, undisputed goat in fighting game history
It’s in the rule book. The only reason it took so long was because of the language difference and explaining it to GO1.
