Toby, we lost our son just a few months before you lost yours. It was his 18th birthday and he fell asleep on the way home from school to be with us on his birthday and was killed in a head on collision. His birthday is Valentine’s Day. We are still struggling every single day, every word you said is 100% our story too. We are building on the rock and we have no choice but to hold onto our faith so we can hug Colby again, because we too believe help is on the way. God bless and keep you and your family.

I was completely paralyzed, nothing functioning, in a huge amount of pain for a long time, literally shitting myself but I sang Christian music and one day I simply got up and started walking. The Lord heard my prayers and he chose to be with and prosper me. I had nothing and now am saved. Amen

I know you’ll probably never read this, but I just want you to know that through your pain, and finding a way to praise God and trust Him through the grief of losing your child, I was finally able to see God in my grief too. I lost two children in the last year and a half and I’ve been struggling. But this song finally helped me to see God’s love for me even in my darkest moments. Thank you TobyMac, and thank You Jesus for his music/ministry, and for always rolling up Your sleeves for me! You are our only Hope and only Help!

I was was married from 2011 to 2019. Had my first kiddo when I was 22, lost it all in 2019. Got heavy into drinking and I still drink but I’m trying to understand God’s plan and I’m hoping this song helps.

Bob just now I read your post and a sudden jolt of GodWave flowed through me. :) I too drink, I can;t seem to givre it up, its part of my life, I have slowed down alot, and reconstructed my life, or am trying to. 2019 in May I was released from my prision sentence, which the 2nd half of a year sentence I was at a halfway house in Toledo/ My grown children and husband, grandkids are in western Michigan, I was not welcomed back with open arms so I stayed in Toledo until October then I moved into a home next to my daughters. There is a strong connection between Toledo, and Toby's song "Everything" when I listen to it, my mind becomes Toledo again.... How is life for ya today????

HIS peace is surrounding you. I remember a song that said "I'll worship you with my pain". In hard time I mediate on Psalm 23 and it gives me hope and confidence in God's plan for my life. And for all the pain we have to go through, HE will use it for our good.
Just the mere fact that you have humbled yourself before His throne of grace, with outstretched arms, while understanding your need for forgiveness and healing due to the tragic circumstances embedded in your life...KNOW that God hears you and He is your healer and redeemer. It is your faith, your belief that God not only can, but that He will! Remember His word where it says, "But without faith it is impossible to please Him. For he that comes to God must believe that He IS, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him." Hebrews 11:6. Be encouraged dear sister. And know that He knows, He hears, and He loves you. Keep trusting and believing. There is NO-THING too hard for God. He is faithful! God bless you always!

What’s amazing is he said on an interview that he never had ambitions of being a solo artist because Michael Tait and Kevin Max in his words were the singers and he just rapped. But God opened a door through a Christian film that desired a song for their film and he agreed to write and perform a song for it . The song just exploded and he began to rethink the solo career. The rest is history. God works in mysterious ways His wonders to perform.

Cal. dates but that doesn't mean It can't be added right? I have never been to a christian concert and I really want Toby to be the 1st since He is The One who got me interested in this genre. Been saved for many many years but Music was the one area that was really hard to reach me until I got introduced to Tobymac and for the life of me I cannot narrow it down to the one song that peaked my interest. I just remember soaking it all up from "feeling so fly" and "Irene" to " eye on it", "this is not a test", "move" ,"made to love", "like a match" and my Personal 1st song I go to "til the day I die". I have listened to this song so many times since I lost my son in 2022 to addiction. It always makes me cry but also reminds me that he will be with God now; I am happy because his own biological father rejected him from the time he was 12. . I pray that he is; he questioned his faith for many years. But I always believe that a loving and kind God of Mercy will already know his heart and welcome him.
I saw TobyMac in concert in Minneapolis Minnesota March 7, 2020 right before the pandemic closed down. He's going to be 57yrs old in October and he has the energy of a 20yr old. He's amazing he lost his son at 21yrs old and never turned his back on God, that alone is so inspiring. You can just see the spirit running through him... I love this song it's powerful!

I had Corona and today is the first day I could 1/2 taste my food! God came for me...Jesus heard my prayers to bring some of my senses back. It just shows that God is stronger than COVID. He can defeat COVID. I felt the python demon on my heart for 10 days. God has come and made my prayer come true. I also am feeling my lungs expand again and my heart beat after it was numb since Feb 19. God is so good.
i had it november definitely something evil about this virus i felt a spiritual attack as well. we have to pray through it!!!
