Listen, if your ever in the feds and catch a shot (write up) always request a staff representative. That's when a officer goes in front of the DHO (disciplinary hearing officer), who is the equivalent of a judge inside a federal prison, to defend you. Try to get one whose a union official for the officers because they are usually against the administration. Officers know the ins and outs and have gotten a lot if inmates off in the federal jailhouse court.
Cap you do that you will be labeled a rat . I never used no Co at no hearing , never heard of that in the feds or the state the cop gonna side with the staff anyway they all lie and back each other up you must be a new jack to the system
