Also a have master X axis and slave X axis on machine gantry. I need change both encoder position of axis?

Do you have 100% ok backup? Ar you sure 100%? Try with another backup if you have or ask manf for working backup.

Did you have two green led after reset with dip switch? Did you try first upload nc or plc backup? Did you have 100% ok backup?
