Kenshin has a single scar in the Trust and Betrayal OVA. Tomoe's husband gave him that scar.

Yeah, Kenshin doesn’t get the 2nd scar until the end of Trust and Betrayal. If you like Kenshin, you gotta watch that OVA. Great review btw.
