I have been visited by dragonflies every summer since 2020. The dragonflies and sometimes blue ones lands on me whenever I do my artwork, gardening, or even doing a rosary prayer. Also, I noticed that dragonflies land on me in times of stress and anxiety. A dragonfly is telling me to “let go of the past and focus on the present and something good is bound to happen. Focus on your mindfulness and intuition.” So a dragonfly is definitely my spirit animal.
