    Hey! Is there any way to use this method to change the status bar style as well?

    • @rebeloper
      @rebeloper  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I haven't tried it yet.

      Rebeloper - Rebel Developer I have been trying to find a way to do it but haven’t been able to yet. Since statusBarStyle if a get-only field and needs to be overwritten, if I try to change it dynamically it just doesn’t do anything. Any ideas on how you would do it?

      I feel like anything a programmer says, I don’t understand and I feel like I’ll never be good enough

      You need to take small steps and keep on persisting. If you don't understand something ask yourself some questions like why is it working? Why isn't it working? If I do this the app should behave like so... why? Try to put it all together in your head. Remember: do NOT compare yourself or your skill to anyone! The only person you should compare yourself to is "yourself the day before". If you're better today than you were tomorrow you're on right track and you can be anything you want. Even a developer, or even much more than a developer.

    How would I use this for an application with more than 1 viewController?

    • @rebeloper
      @rebeloper  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      As of this tutorial a lot has changed. I would suggest using system colours.
      BTW do you like CoreData? Check out Core Data in SwiftUI: th-cam.com/video/_GJlFk-Hhz8/w-d-xo.html

      Create a single source of truth for all the ui components, and observe in that function, soo no theme related code needs to be present in viewcontroller
