So I decided to try making pudding meat. Mixed meat meatballs, w garlic, onions,eggs n spices. Made vanilla pudding, added a hefty amount of black pepper, thinly chopped roasted bell peppers for colour. slightly reduce the thickness.Turned out as a very sweet sauce. Lastly topped w homemade chili paste for a kick and to cut down the sweetness. NGL 8/10 had to really work to get the flavours working, but genuinely surprised how well it turned out. The spiciness saved it.
I do not comment often Uncle E but if that box tapping were to make a return somewhere in the future it would make me very happy. One of the most relaxing sounds in a while.
This looks delicious! Its a shame me and all other beans will never be able to try it because of our lack of mouths, but I hope all of you will enjoy it as much as rift did 👍
