None of the games I tried worked too well. But comparing this launch to Skyline and seeing where skyline is now, I'm very optimistic about vita3k. Right off the bat 30% of the library is fully playable and for a day 1 emulator that's pretty rad. Macdu is a legend right up there with Talreth, if he reads this, thank you!!

@nani_nani_5710 sorry I meant jailbroken. I've moved on from playing on the Vita cos eventually the screen was just too small. I'm playing on the Steam Deck now.

it's been my childhood dream to be able to play PS Vita, now that dream become reality.
Lots of games aren't running properly which is to be expected for such a new emulator, but Ive got soul sacrifice delta running at 2x on the Odin pro. It's not perfect but I'm super impressed!

tried secret of mana and super robot wars x on my odin pro, secret of mana struggles when certain texture pop up.
super robot wars runs ok with slight graphic glitches and slowdowns

Are you able to access any of the DLC in SSD? it's one of my favorite games of all time and I'd love to play it again as long as it runs decently

The more support Vita3K devs get (and emulation in general), the chances game compatibility and some of our favorite Vita games finally being playable goes up.
I can't wait till they day I can spend time to finally complete my copy of Killzone Mercenaries from 10 years ago on my Handheld Gaming PC or Galaxy Z Fold.
It's going to look great on the z fold. 🙌🏾 I also have a z fold and cannot wait till resident evil and zeroe divide is up and running. A lot of the games are going to look so much better on a larger screen.

I really hope it keeps going strong, I got unlucky and the games I wanted to play all don't work well (Persona 4 Golden, Persona 4 Dancing, Uncharted Golden Abyss and Killzone Mercenaries)

My problem with the emulator at the moment are the touchscreen controls the psvita would have, but since the emulator on android is just screen entirely and the controls are overlay, it's hindering to play some games (like StreetFighterXTekken) that are compatible. Since it's the first build, I guess I'll have to wait for next updates wherein you can disable the function entirely.

most of the downloadable games for PSvita are in .7z or .rar format.
Vita3k only run .zip file games.
where we could get the .zip games?

No matter what game I download and try to install even if it is on the list of compatible games I always get the same notification "no compatible content found in 1 archive(s)" about to give up on the emulator personally. Just go back to playing on vita instead. I know it's not an issue with my device

Can't wait to try it out, unfortunately it's 5AM rn for me so I don't have time right now.
Will be testing this on a Snapdragon 665 and see what can and can't run for research purposes.

Though to be honest I'm not expecting much not cause of the SoC not being that strong but cause this is a very early build and it'll get better with time, just like Skyline and AetherSX2.
With the chipset you have, you gotta stick to 2D games, the 3D so far are very glitched, but is always good to have options, otherwise the vita isn't too powerful so you probably would be able to play at the original resolution once they optimize more the 3D games, cheers brother.
Some 2D games should work fine even with a SD665. Hotline Miami for example. Maybe even Duke Nukem 3D.

@@luiscardona7402 At this point I really don't believe anyone that outright says "stick to 2D games", saying "some 3D games will work but you'll have issues with most" is a whole different thing and the more logical thing to say. The Snapdragon 665 can do much more than I've heard anyone say online that didn't actually test it.
Like, you can only say what you said if you yourself have tested on that chipset.

I wish I had a couple of the following things:
1: a Sony Xperia XZ Premium device (for Portable 4K's sake)
2: a PS5 Controller Phone Mount/Holder, although PS4 Controller works too. This makes the controller button-mapping in general far more comfortable, but also heavier too.
Note A: I currently don't have a PlayStation Controller myself, but my sister does, though it doesn't count because she lives in a different state than mine.
Note B: both PPSSPP and Vita3K are the emulators that I want to use only PlayStation 3-5 Controllers with, since that makes it significantly easier to match Button instructions without causing any confusion regarding that ABXY-formula the PlayStation series never uses.

Just Google the game name followed by "rom", a link for it should pop up

I have one and didn't have luck with many of the games I tried. But this is only day 2, so 30% playable library is impressive for now id say. Hoping Marvel vs capcom 3, God of War collection and metal gear collection become playable in the future.

Every game has worked so far. Played at a nice, stable 30 fps. I just wish that there was a mod that changes the framerate to 60, like with rpcs3
