I feel your pain. I had frozen shoulder twice. Physical therapy for weeks and all in a sudden it came back. That is very painful and could bring you to tears.

Mr. Let me tell you something that helps. The power of water. Ice packs help but if you stand under the shower and turn the shower head to a setting that will beat on your shoulder. Make sure the water is as warm as you can tolerate. As the water beats your shoulder lift your arm and just move it around. I promise if you do this a few times it will help. You definitely want to gently move it around. I don’t think keeping it stable 24/7 is good. I really know this pain.

If it’s tendinitis then it’s the inflammation of the tendons caused by the overuse/improper use of a joint. Although you may have injured it before Pickleball, the repeated use aggravated the injury. Please be careful & sounds like you’re taking care of it, Wayne!
