That second apartment is very liveable! I love it. I know that these 2 apartments are for rental, but how much would it cost to buy an apartment/condo of this size and style? I was in Japan for the month of April and I fell in love with Tokyo. I think I could live there.
Most of them are for rent, but sometimes they are offered for sale as well. In the Hamadayama area, a 20-30 square meter apartment would be about 20-30 million yen.

２部屋目がトイレに扉あり、ロフトも良い感じ～ハイサイドライト有るなら玄関は通常扉が良かったかな～
１件目の台所ドア裏の収納が見たい
１部屋目はシャワーだけでいいからトイレを独立して欲しかった。あとエアコンをもう少しロフト寄りの高い位置にすればロフトにも風が回るのに。その点2部屋目は文句無しですね。住んでみたいと思えます、お家賃も手頃だしね
この手のアメリカンセパレートを見るたび、風呂無しシャワーだけにしていいからトイレは独立してほしいって切実に思うわ😂
