Hello. I have a database made in My SQL (phpMyAdmin). I need an operator who is unfamiliar with the whole development, to be able from an interface, to select a date and a certain variable and to generate a PDF with a graphic of said variable and a table with the same values. How could I do it?

Hi Vikas. I tried to configure remote MySQL and getting this error message. "db query error: failed to connect to server - please inspect Grafana server log for details. " I got 2 questions. 1 - where to find the server log, 2 - where to find the grafana Host name or IP to be added at the MySQL server to allow for remote MySQL. Thanks for the video.

Explained everything piece by piece very well. But, also tell information about how you created a table in SQL with a script runniung to store data into the data source's table.
Hello, can You tell which version of Grafana You are using in this video? I have version 7.1.1 installed and I don't see such a nice query creator where You can just select the commands and fields instead of typing them...

Without providing data source, these tutorials are not fully useful though the concepts are good. you chould export that table from mysql and attach here or upload instruction on github at least

@@chitzo17 Yes you can do that. You will have to host Grafana on any server. Cheapest option is to use cloud as they offer free access for initial few months. You may create a virtual machine in Google, AWS or Azure. Once you have VM created then you can install grafana on that virtual machine which will be publicly accessible by anyone on the public IP of the virtual machine.

Yes, you can enable auto refresh. It will automatically pull the latest data from the database and refresh the dashboard.

Yes. All Database logs are supported(Oracle,MySQL,MSSQL and Postgres), but better use kibana with elastic search for the logs

Query editor depends on data sources. Which datasource do you have? Mysql or Influx or any other?
