This song is produced by Latino producers, PlaynSkillz that's why the song vibe is mostly latin. It is made for their Latin American fans and as a promotion for their South American tour. They already perform it just a few days ago in Argentina & Peru and a little while in Chile. Their next stop is Mexico. You're also right that SM is testing the water in this song. With the success of Lo Siento, they are now planning to invest in Latin American Market. SM always do this testing the waters to Super Junior.

I think you guys didn't get that this was a SUPER JUNIOR song, not a Leslie Grace song with Super Junior as a backup.

they wanted to bring the two culture together. This never happen before. ofc they will try to create something that familiar with the other culture. they're not going to just create something that might ended up a fail one. and the reaction from latino fans were great. they appreciate how SJ managed to capture not just the rhythm but also down to color, the place, to the crosses on the wall. unfortunately not back home tho, such a pity korean always sleep on them
