Since she isn't enthusiastic about a cute mascot, I had an idea where Hoshiyomi are "ourselves" but we are all residents of a supposed Star City. She often gets star and comet designs, but don't forget she has "machi" in her identity as well, and often show up in background themes like Stellar Stellar, Tenkyuu, and Ghost City Tokyo. I think we fit well in the background of an idol. It would be an honor living in a city Sui wants to perform at.
We can only become Gachikoi on our alone time and release all the down horrendous Hoshiyomi energy by either using your own social media or 4chan if you're daring.

About Gachi-koi, Suisei suggests that it best not to gachi-koi her as she wouldn’t be able to respond. So in my opinion, it’s okay to gachi-koi but the fan gotta be okay not being answered and be left hanging for all eternity. Personally, I am okay with this one sided love and will continue to support her by buying her albums.
This. Suisei even clarified that she doesn't mind people who end up falling in love with her, as long as they don't expect her do behave as their online pretend GF.
