4:25 There is a short film/documentary on Karen as he is one of the greatest writers in Spain if u would like to check kt out, its called "La vida de un artista "KAREN"" there is also a few other Spanish writers that have this short films on that same yt like "HURTOS" or "SCANER" just thought I'd let u know cause we do have some pretty good graffiti in Spain anyways nice video
i should also say that piece was made on a Cercanias train, which is part of the Madrid public transport which adds on to the piece itself in my opinion
I just started graff about 8 months ago and was wondering if yo have tips on finding sum peaple to go paint with becausse i go to jams often en never meet somone with My motivation thats wants to go out painting with me even thou i work on My style evry day like a full time job
It’s almost impossible to find like-minded people since graffiti community isn’t really open( you could notice it if you watched videos of writers in masks, bandanas, balaclavas that cover their faces). Everyone trying to stay incognito, so you won’t meet another writer purposely. You can either meet each other randomly on the spot, on the street while tagging/sticker bombing etc… There’s no server where you can find buddies to paint with, the only way is to do it through social media: if your account gets more views and recognition you’ll have more people know about you in your area or in the world. . But it doesn’t really matter honestly😁 You don’t need other people to paint with if you’re just starting out, just keep grinding and mastering your style/letters and if you’ll stick with graffiti, people with same goals will just appear in your life by themselves, trust me😉 Just keep practicing and enjoy the process🙌🏼
Yall so im Under 18 and ive thrown up two tags and im practicing and finding my style but idk where im gonna be able to hide my paint during winter. Any tips?
Serious question. I want to graffiti my peoples language. I'm indigenous cree. Cree words get massive easily and often. Their is also syllabics which u currently can't read but wanna maybe play with once I can. Anyone got tips?
luckily for you all of graffiti's fundamentals are pretty much based on how a tool makes a mark to begin with (such as basic boxes, structure, nib width for example). this means, no matter the language, hell even alien languages from movies or made up fantasy languages can still be done in graffiti because the fundamentals are universal. The issue you'll run into is the length of the thing you're writing and for that I recommend abbreviating if you can, or pick shorter words (7 symbols or less) .
@@Theartistblock oooh i wanan see gallifreyan graffiti now heehheheeh that would look so sickkkkk. nonwho fans think its street art and says nothing but.... little do they know... it says "people who cant read this are stinky" or something lol
Oooo if that's meant to be an S then he has much MUCH larger things to worry about than I said in the video. Definetly has to keep it MUCH simpler if that's meant to be an S. Figured it might be an e because on another piece he has an E with a similar lower portion but its a different word so who knows lol. (I'll link their insta in the description once I get home)

Karen is one of the most important graffiti writers in spain, almost everyone here knows him
Why did he choose a girl name?

Karen is a very famous writer in Madrid, the text he wrote means "Our vengeance will be terrible"
Revenge

i like how i see a masterpiece and bro casually says "a 1.1/10"
if that was a masterpiece for you then an average toy is 9/10 by your logic
