    very clear explanation: having the numbers in the first few slides makes the explanation make sense. I always think of statistics in terms of this: I have a bunch of numbers...what could I do to make sense of those numbers. You ground everything back in that way and it really helps.

    the regression result indicated that it is better to use fixed effect model. However, it omitted the education variable. How if the education variable is a very important variable to observe and I really need to analyse its impact?
