Thank you! Finally! FYI -- Just contacted Jim personally (you can find his # online b/c he gives lessons) and he says you can order CDs directly from him. Hopefully, he'll be on iTunes one of these days. Very nice fella.
I also heard this on Pandora and thought it would be great music for a log flume like Splash Mountain. Thank you! I can use it for my Planet Coaster log ride now.
See Rebekah Clark's comment on this video. Thephone number I found for him is Call (510) 652-2676 , although I have not tried it myself. I stereo mix recorded these from Pandora, so I do not have his CD.
It is a medley, not a ripoff. There's some "Don't Think Twice", a little Guy Clark ("LA Freeeway, and "Darcy Farrow", sung but not written by Ian and Sylvia but written by Steve Gillette and Tom Campbell, and a lot of his own stuff. Very well done.
"Don't think twice it's all right" - Bob Dylan Agreed, when I first heard Jim's acoustic song I was humming all of the lyrics to Bob Dylan and I noticed that it matches up PERFECTLY. Carbon copy.
I heard Jim play at Jack London Square and bought this CD. It is beautifully recorded. The content is a glorious trip down memory lane. Thank you Jim!
I heard this on pandora and fell in love with it. Thank you so much for bringing the beautiful music to me. :)
So incredible. Why can’t we buy his cds?

Glad to know this. Thanks a lot for the info. I'll add that to the description when I get there.
Thank you! I looked and looked for this after I heard it on the radio and never found it until you shared.
My thanks to Pandora as well. Just heard Jim on "Mark Knopfler" radio, What a great talent. I am anxious to listen to his CD's.
That's where I found him, too. You have good taste in music!
I heard him on Tony Rice station on Pandora.
That is awesome guitar picking...thanks for publishing!
Don’t think twice it’s alright... all the rest too... great picking! Love it.
👍👍👍
I've listened so many times no CD or download available?

Thank You Pandora...yet Again!
Don't care if it is a combination of "Don't Think Twice" and "Darcy Farrow". Moves my spirit. Thank you Jim.
Someone please tab this!
Amazing!!!!!
Thanks
And the second half of the tune is from Ian and Sylvia. It is called "Darcy Farrow"?
Let's give credit to John Denver, please. Ian and Sylvia did a fine job of it, though.
@@barrettking3212 Give credit to Steve Gillette and Tom Campbell for writing it. Ian and Sylvia recorded it first. John Denver came later.
Cwmiller: I didn't mean to imply that you called the piece a ripoff. My apologies for any unintended offense
all good sir !
Bob Dylan wrote this in 1962
toothandsticks...where DID you get a copy of this? Ive been trying like heck to find Jim but he is invisible

WOW!!! Thx, Larry!

+mj1393...point of fact sir...i wasn't the one calling it a "rip off" i was only asking who this guy is...this tune is awesome.
@@mj1393 Sung by John Denver also.
That's a Bob Dylan tune. Why did you change the name of it?
"Don't think twice it's all right" - Bob Dylan
Agreed, when I first heard Jim's acoustic song I was humming all of the lyrics to Bob Dylan and I noticed that it matches up PERFECTLY. Carbon copy.
It's well done though. I wish I could play that good.
@@rubixide Not the second part.
Great tune, well played BUT...an obvious rip-off of Bob Dillon's '62 classic "Don't Think Twice It's Alright"
Kapitain Kbec That's what I thought it was when I was listening to pandora haha
It's not a rip-off. It's an acoustic cover. If you get the album you'll see this is part of a medley cover of classic '60s folk tunes.
Jeez if you can't even spell Dylan, don't comment about a rip-off.
Wish I could find tab for this.
