Deepali has truly shown the attitude of a higher up in an MNC who is showcasing others about the cast, power of money, how such a person behave with colleagues of the same and lower level, how to treat people of the same language, etc. This showed how a typical meeting happens where the majority of people from the same region will speak in regional language and others will be sidelined. How to market your IIT/M branded education and how bootlickers will be praising/treating the IIT/M. These are the real happening things in any office. And hats off to the team for being brave enough to come up with this kind of story and showcase it.
Sudhir u just rocked. This episode is probably the best amongst all. What a twist in the tale. First of all many congratulations to Shriram to be on the limelight. Since inception of CR videos, Shriram was wasted in wasted, minibytes etc.. Today's video was his full potential. After Ravi and Sudhir, Shriram was added as a contact to my memory as Management staff. Coming back to today's video, Being a Chennaite, I am able to visualise the scenarios in con calls across locations in terms of project negotiation. As always, Chennai will be underestimated in the call (Hope Ravi / Sudhir can assume how it happens as this is seen by all language speaking people, bit diplomatic). Mankatta climax la Ajith sir, Malaysia la irukaramaathiri never expected Sudhir and Shriram on client side. A nice gesture from Sudhir on project negotiation with Ravi was ultimate. This video is an eye opener for the lower level staff how project comes in their hands to work. Finally Sudhir's sarcastic conversation with Ravi for Chennai location made us proud as Ops manager in Chennai. Please note: Sorry for big comments however I don't have Sudhir or Ravi number, that's why whatever I wanna speak is put into words. Hope you guys don't mistake me.
Not sure why, but this video emotionally connects and gives satisfaction of some personal success.. The real discrimination and domination of ppl from north/west against South, the absolute talent of South not getting highlighted, handling escalation and complicated projects with ease, not treating south teams on par during meeting, using hindi during meeting although knowing we don't understand etc etc.. Minute details have been worked on this episode. Ravi is becoming a seasoned actor now, Gayathri's attitude demonstration was awesome and her voice and dialogue delivery is spl as always.. Deepali has truly shown the attitude of a higher up in an MNC who is showcasing others about the cast, power of money, how such a person behave with colleagues of the same and lower level, how to treat people of the same language, etc. This showed how a typical meeting happens where the majority of people from the same region will speak in regional language and others will be sidelined. How to market your IIT/M branded education and how bootlickers will be praising/treating the IIT/M. These are the real happening things in any office. And hats off to the team for being brave enough to come up with this kind of story and showcase it.

First of all many congratulations to Shriram to be on the limelight. Since inception of CR videos, Shriram was wasted in wasted, minibytes etc.. Today's video was his full potential. After Ravi and Sudhir, Shriram was added as a contact to my memory as Management staff.
Coming back to today's video,
Being a Chennaite, I am able to visualise the scenarios in con calls across locations in terms of project negotiation. As always, Chennai will be underestimated in the call (Hope Ravi / Sudhir can assume how it happens as this is seen by all language speaking people, bit diplomatic). Mankatta climax la Ajith sir, Malaysia la irukaramaathiri never expected Sudhir and Shriram on client side.
A nice gesture from Sudhir on project negotiation with Ravi was ultimate. This video is an eye opener for the lower level staff how project comes in their hands to work.
Finally Sudhir's sarcastic conversation with Ravi for Chennai location made us proud as Ops manager in Chennai.
Please note: Sorry for big comments however I don't have Sudhir or Ravi number, that's why whatever I wanna speak is put into words.

Not sure why, but this video emotionally connects and gives satisfaction of some personal success.. The real discrimination and domination of ppl from north/west against South, the absolute talent of South not getting highlighted, handling escalation and complicated projects with ease, not treating south teams on par during meeting, using hindi during meeting although knowing we don't understand etc etc.. Minute details have been worked on this episode. Ravi is becoming a seasoned actor now, Gayathri's attitude demonstration was awesome and her voice and dialogue delivery is spl as always.. Shriram pindrapa.. but looking forward with a boyish look with out beard and good haircut.. you will look more smarter, namma manager namma manager than.. Overall Good show guys.
