Thanks for listening. Sorry for the late reply. I think concordance and disconcordance are challenging to remember. "Consistency in the precordium" is a more straightforward concept. If the chest leads (V1-6) all have a positive or negative vector, it is more likely to be VTach. Let me know if that doesn't make sense. Thanks again!
