Man what an adventure, awesome hunt and two incredible Bulls!! The second one bull dozing the brush and small trees was super cool too see , shows just how big and powerful they are! Your freezers will be jam packed full of some of the best wild game meat you can get! Def in my top 5 for how good moose meat taste & how fun/remote the hunts for an absolute giant are. Pretty insane to think you're probably the first people that those bulls ever saw or maybe even just smelled!

Its a red meat, sort of like beef but more tender & with a little bit stronger/diff taste because of their diet being mostly willows. Its really good, if you get a chance to try it id def recommend it. Especially if you enjoy wild game meat, then moose is up there with some of the best. Only meats I think are better are axis deer, elk & black bear. Moose jerky is also really good
