- तो आज इस वीडियो में Pediatrics ICU speacialist , Dr Sagar Lad बच्चों में झटके (Fits) क्यों आते है? इस विषय पर विस्तार में महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी देनेवाली है।
Fits, Seizure, झटके आना, या मिर्गी का दोहरा ये एक सामान्य बीमारी है , लेकिन कभी कभी वो जानलेवा भी हो सकती है। इसलिए ये काफी महत्वपूर्ण है जानने के लिए की झटके का कारन क्या है और कैसे पहचनना है।
सामान्यतः बच्चो में Fits / Seizure ये बुखार के वजह से आते है जिसको simple febrile convulsions कहा जाता है मेडिकल भाषा में , जो हानिकारक नहीं रहता , और उसकेलिये ज्यादा investigation नहीं करना पड़ता।
लेकिन जो fits , बुखार के बिना आते है , तब investigation की जरुरत पड़ती है।
Seizures/Fits के कारण
हमारे दिमाग के अंदर activity chemical mediator रहते है जिसका balance शरीर के अंदर imbalance हो जाता है। जिसके वजह से fits / Seizure आना शुरू होता है।
Fits / Seizure के लक्षण
1. हाथ एकदम जकड के रखना।
2 . शरीर के अंगो में झनझनाहट का अनुभव होना।
3 . एक ही जगह पर अपने नजरे टिकाये रखना।
4 . कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं (unresponsive ) करना।
5. मुंह से झाग निकलना।
लेकिन कभी कभी ये Fits के लक्षण नहीं आते। जैसेकि बच्चा ठीक से चल रहा है और अचानक से गिर जाता है।
बच्चा अगर developmentally normal है तो सामान्यतः ये Fits, झटके benign रहते है।
लेकिन कई बच्चो में developmental delay हो जाता है तो उन बच्चो में अगर fits आये तो निश्चित रूप से evaluate करना चाहिए।
कभी कभी झटके शरीर में हुए imbalance के वजह से जैसे की calcium , magnesium कम होने के कारन भी fits आते है।
कई बच्चो में meningitis जैसी बीमारी रहती है , जिसके कारन brain infection होता है , और उसमे भी बुखार आता है। तो हर बुखार का झटका simple febrile convulsions convulsion नहीं होता।
बच्चे को Fits आये तो क्या करना ?
1. अगर fits, झटके 5-10 मिनट तक चालू रहे तो तुरंत डॉक्टर से संपर्क करे क्युकी वो काफी घातक हो सकता है।
2.अगर बच्चे को बुखार है और fits आगये है तो , जल्द से जल्द उसका बुखार कम करने की कोशिश कीजियेगा।
3.बच्चे को एक साइड लिटा के रखना और बच्चे के मुँह में कुछ डालना नहीं या उसको कुछ सूंघने मत देना।
4.बच्चा ठीक से सास ले इसलिए उसे उचित sleeping position में लिटाओ।
5. Midazolam nasal spray घरपे है तो उसका उपयोग करना।
6.तुरंत medical help ले , एकबार fits कम होने के बाद बच्चे को आप हस्पताल लेके जा सकते है , fits का कारन जानने के लिए।
Treatment for Fits/Seizures
1.अगर बच्चे को बिना बुखार के fits, झटके आ रहे हो तो तुरंत डॉक्टर्स से संपर्क कीजिये।
1.Normal Febrile convulsions ६ महीने - ५ साल के बच्चो तक fits आता है , कभी कभी 8-9 साल तक रह सकता है। लेकिन बच्चा 2 या 3 महीने का है और उसको झटके आ रहे है तो वो febrile convulsions नहीं है।
febrile convulsions आने वाले बच्चो में 2 % सम्भावना रहती है की आगे उनको fits / Seizures आ सकते है और epilepsy में convert हो जाता है।
अगर बच्चे को बुखारा आया है और febrile convulsions 2-3 बार आ चुके है तो बच्चे का EEG , MRI निकलना है और anti-convulsion medications दे सकते है।
अगर बच्चे को fits आते है , तो दो साल तक बच्चे की नियमित रूप से मेडिसिन्स देनी चाहिए। अगर उन दो सालो में कोई झटके नहीं आये हो तो डॉक्टर की सलाह से धीरे धीरे दवाइया कम कर सकते है।
अगर बिच में दवाइया बंद करे तो बच्चे को breakthrough seizures आ सकते है। कभी कभी ये कण्ट्रोल करना भी मुश्किल हो जाता है।
Fits , झटके आये तो डरना नहीं है और बच्चे को जो preliminary treatment है वो देनी चाहिए।

Very Good afternoon,hope all is well.I have queries regarding my new born baby boy,he is 15 days old till now.
After birth my baby not cried and till now he is not crying Doctor, after 1 day we consulted to the doctors the doctor suggested us to admit baby imedetly, doctors put oxygen to the baby because he is not able to breath well,and he is giving stroke(jatka).
Doctors check CBC,CRP,NEW TRUMA CHECK UP, and many more blood test,daily regular blood test ,starting days reports are not good, but now after 15 days my baby boy is better than before thanks to god and you all doctors,reports are better than before.
But i have a concern regarding my baby that in future any disorders or some hormonal disbalance or anythings else Doctor please suggest me a better suggestion to my upcoming baby future.

सर मेरे बच्चे का लगभग 4 वर्ष होने को है झटके के वजह से चल नहीं पा रहा है मै काफी बच्चे डाक्टर को दिखा चुखा हु सी टी स्कैन भी कराया सर डाक्टर ने कहा मस्तिष्क में काला काला दिखाई पड़ता है बोले सर पीछे से आवाज में बच्चे को झटका आता है और गिर जाता है इसी डर के कारण बच्चे चल नहीं पाता है सर बच्चा डर के मारे दुसरे के चलता है सर मै काफ़ी बच्चे को लेकर परेशान हु सर मेरा एक ही बच्चा है मुझे कुछ समझ नहीं आ रह है सर जी मेरा बच्चे के बारे में जानकारी दिजिए सर जी आपकी बड़ी मेहरबानी होगी
